About Us
ONGC Officers Association [OOA] is the only Trade Union established throughout India on behalf of the executives of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation [ONGC]. It was registered in the year 2012 under the Trade Unions Act, 1926. It is affiliated with the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh [BMS].

The main concept of a trade union is to protect the workers right in its work place and to provide a proper democratic platform to the common workers in front of the powerful employer to protect their socio-economic concerns. Moreover it is also true that sustainable development of any organization cannot bloom to its full potential if it is left assorted to NGO’s, or to the government, or to management alone.
